Peach Oolong (花田烏龍) marries the elegance of high-mountain oolong tea with the lush sweetness of summer peach. It begins with hand-picked oolong leaves from spring’s first harvest, chosen for their supple structure and ability to absorb natural aromatics.
Into this foundation, we fold sun-dried peach flesh — selected from orchard-ripened fruit at the peak of sweetness. Over the course of five slow-maceration cycles, the oolong is layered with the fruit, then gently warmed and cooled, allowing the leaf to draw in the peach’s soft perfume. Once the essence is fully captured, the dried fruit is separated, leaving only the most aromatic pieces to remain with the tea.
For each tin, over one kilograms of fresh peaches are used to shape the profile. This abundance ensures that every infusion carries the natural depth of white peach. The result is a tea of layered character: a golden-amber liquor with a fragrance that intertwines orchard peach, honeyed blossoms, and a whisper of roasted grain. On the palate, bright stone-fruit sweetness unfolds against the buttery body of oolong, finishing with a clean, lingering roundness.
