Komorebi Jasmine (飄雪茉莉) is our most refined jasmine green tea. It begins with reserve-grade green tea, chosen for its freshness and ability to absorb fragrance. Over the course of seven scenting cycles, freshly harvested jasmine blossoms are layered with the tea, gently roasted, then cooled to draw in their floral essence. Each cycle renews the scent: once the flowers fade, they are removed and replaced with fresh blossoms.
By the final infusion, more than 7,000 jasmine flowers have been used for each tin of tea. At this stage, every blossom is hand-sorted — those with fewer than six petals are discarded — ensuring only the most complete and aromatic flowers shape the final profile.
The result is a tea of clarity and depth: a luminous golden liquor with a vivid floral fragrance, and a palate that layers honeyed jasmine, and tender green notes into a long, silken finish.
