Aged Mandarin White (陳皮白茶) is a graceful white tea enriched by time and crafted through careful aging with dried mandarin peel, known traditionally as Chen Pi.
The journey begins with selecting delicate white tea buds and mandarin peels. Each is dried and slowly aged separately, developing deep, nuanced aromas. Once ready, they’re thoughtfully combined, allowing the tea to gently absorb the peel’s distinct citrus fragrance.
